for Bangladesh Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bbokk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the bbokk website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, payment services, and all other features and content offered through bbokk.net (collectively, "the Services").

By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety; (b) you agree to be bound by them; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

bbokk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via SMS or on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated summary or paraphrase, the English text shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the bbokk platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted).
• You are not acting as an agent or nominee for any other person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the bbokk platform under any self-exclusion or third-party exclusion arrangement.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law applicable to you.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

2.1 Age Verification & KYC

bbokk conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification as a mandatory part of the account lifecycle. You will be required to provide a copy of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. KYC documentation must be submitted before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification within 30 days of the first deposit may be suspended at bbokk's discretion.

bbokk reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of identity fraud, account sharing, or age misrepresentation. Providing false documentation is a serious offence and will result in immediate account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active bbokk account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including pending withdrawals. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support at [email protected] immediately.

3.2 Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. bbokk is not responsible for any errors arising from the provision of incorrect registration information, including failed withdrawals caused by mismatched payment details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.3 Account Credentials & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bbokk will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify support. bbokk is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

We strongly recommend enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is a recommended security measure, bbokk reserves the right to make it mandatory for accounts exhibiting high transaction volumes or unusual activity patterns.

3.4 Account Access Restrictions

bbokk reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that the terms of this agreement have been breached. Restrictions may include read-only access, withdrawal-only access, or full suspension pending investigation. bbokk will endeavour to notify the affected player where it is lawful to do so, except where notification would prejudice an ongoing fraud investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bbokk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location within Bangladesh and is subject to change without prior notice. bbokk does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in the name of a third party.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits are displayed within the Wallet section of your account dashboard and are subject to change. High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification requirements under bbokk's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bbokk wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Other deposit methods may take up to 30 minutes. Withdrawals are processed by bbokk within 30 minutes of approval, subject to successful KYC verification and AML screening. bbokk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or mobile financial service outages.

4.4 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the bbokk platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Currency conversion is not supported. Players must ensure that their payment method is configured to transact in BDT.

4.5 Fraud & Chargebacks

Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a deposit transaction via your bank or mobile financial service provider while a corresponding balance or winning remains in your bbokk account constitutes fraud. bbokk will pursue recovery of any funds lost to illegitimate chargebacks and may refer such cases to law enforcement and financial regulators. Accounts associated with chargeback abuse will be permanently closed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time bbokk offers promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and T20 World Cup. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and must be read in full before opting in.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements"). Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, and deadline are stated clearly on each promotion page.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage. Check the individual promotion terms for details.

5.3 Bonus Abuse & Integrity

bbokk operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Practices that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim new-player bonuses multiple times; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms; and using automated software to farm bonus credits. Where bonus abuse is detected, bbokk reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Modification & Withdrawal of Promotions

bbokk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, players who have already opted in and partially satisfied wagering requirements will be given a reasonable period — no less than 72 hours — to complete the requirements or withdraw the unapplied bonus.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bbokk platform you agree to use the Services only for their intended purpose — personal entertainment — and in full compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities in compliance with Bangladesh Bank AML guidelines.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated betting software to interact with the platform, including crash games, slots, or sports betting markets.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors in odds, or misconfigured bonus terms. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error may be voided at bbokk's discretion.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account.
• Circumventing restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to access the platform from a jurisdiction in which your access has been blocked, or to circumvent self-exclusion or account closure measures.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at bbokk staff or other players via any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your bbokk account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] or via live chat. Pending any outstanding KYC verification, security checks, or open bets, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation. Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion or problem gambling concerns — will have their accounts closed immediately with no cooling-off period. bbokk will not send any further marketing communications to self-excluded players. 7.3 Closure for Breach of Terms

bbokk may suspend or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been materially breached. In such cases, bbokk reserves the right to: (a) withhold the account balance pending investigation; (b) void any bonuses and associated winnings; and (c) recover any funds withdrawn in connection with the breach. Where an investigation clears the account of wrongdoing, any withheld real-money balance will be returned promptly.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bbokk will notify you by SMS prior to applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳50 per month, which will be deducted from the available balance. The fee will not cause your balance to go below zero — once the balance reaches zero, no further fees will be applied. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

bbokk endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, payment processor downtime, and events beyond bbokk's reasonable control — including natural disasters, government-ordered service disruptions, and force majeure events — may cause temporary unavailability. bbokk will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

8.2 Accuracy of Odds & Game Outcomes

Sports betting odds are set by bbokk's trading team and third-party data providers and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. bbokk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error. Game outcomes on certified RNG-based slot and virtual games are determined by independently audited random number generation systems. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers under real-time surveillance. bbokk does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbokk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from failed or delayed payment transactions attributable to third-party processors. bbokk's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bbokk operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Services, you agree to first contact bbokk support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.

8.5 Intellectual Property

All content on the bbokk platform, including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, and written content, is the intellectual property of bbokk or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bbokk content without prior written authorisation. Game content (including titles, artwork, and mechanics) is owned by the respective game providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming — and is subject to their respective intellectual property rights.

8.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bbokk with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
